The applicant can view the status of his/her applications like generation of UAN, NOC, Sales Deed, transfer of property, change of address, inclusion of family members in the property nominee list etc.

The applicant sees the list of existing properties that he/she has under BDA in this section. He also can avail post allotment services against these properties through this service. The information about a new acquired property will be shown here after it got allotted to the applicant.

The applicant Apply for all post allotment services like due generate, NOC, deed generate, tripartite agreement, mutation through this. User can upload and download the documents related to post allotment activity like, tripartite agreement, sale deed, lease deed, mutation and conversion etc.

By clicking to my Payment tab, the applicant can check his/her payment status, modes through which payment can be done, dates on which deposits are made etc.

Through this section the applicant can share his requests with the authority and get information. Hence, start a dialogue till his request or query gets solved. The notice that the BDA issues also can be seen through this by clicking the Notification tab.
