PAMS is Property Allotment Management System. This is an activity carried by BDA and BMC while allocating the commercial, residential and plots to the citizens or organizations.
What is UAN ?
UAN is Unique Account Number that BDA provides to all its alottees. The alottee has to register for this number as it is mandatory by BDA for any transaction that is basically deals with Property Allotment System.
What documents are mandatory for application of UAN ?
Proof of your Date of Birth and Address are most important while applying for UAN.
I am an applicant, what services I can get from this portal ?
Allotment activities like scrutiny of applications, lottery, provisional allotment, online payment etc. can be done by the applicants through this portal/ service.
I have applied for a land under BDA, how can I know what is allotted to me and when ?
One can see the detail of the land allotted by BDA under the ‘My Property’ category. The status of the allotment can also be tracked through this. Apart from this, one can apply for some post allotment facilities also.
