In course of delay in approval of a marriage certificate, kindly raise a grievance. Too much delay may lead to unethical practice by middlemen. To prevent such possibility, a transparent grievance system is available on this portal, where a ticket can be raised for quicker action on the application.
After the final approval of application, the applicant can print the certificate with digital signature of the BMC Additional Commissioner confirming the certificate as an authentic document. When the process is completed details are updated to system and a notification is sent to applicant. The applicant can either print the physical copy or download it later from the citizen portal or collect it from BMC Additional Commissioner office.
